Linden Rental Homes

Healthy Homes expanded programming to Linden in 2019. In 2021, Healthy Homes, the Ohio Capital Corporations for Housing and CareSource created the Linden Healthy Homes Fund to fund the development of 50 rental units over the next 4 years (2021-2024). Healthy Homes rental homes are available to households at or below 80 percent of area median income (AMI).

Looking for rental housing?

Healthy Homes has received an overwhelming amount of interest in our rental housing. In late January the housing waiting list was closed to allow time for staff to work through current applicants. As new units are finished in late Spring/early Summer this year, Healthy Homes will begin accepting rental applications again. Please check back here or follow us on Facebook for updates on when and how to apply for upcoming units.

Applications are not considered complete and cannot be reviewed until all documents are submitted to property management.

A copy of these required documents can be found HERE.

After an application is submitted a criminal, credit, and sex offender report is run. It is our policy to go back seven (7) years from the date of your application when reviewing criminal records. Applications will be denied if there is an eviction within the last 3 years, unless verification that the eviction was dismissed by the court is available.
